Public lane overgrown, between whittock rd and dutton rd

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8105716.

Branches over head and on ground, mostly brambles, weeds covering half the lane making it difficult to walk up and down safely. With winter coming lane very dark and becoming more and more dangerous. Needs cutting back. Gets worse as time goes on.
