Abandoned car for over a year!!!

Reg: OW16 WKD THIS CAR HAS BEEN ABANDONED FOR OVER A YEAR!!!! It’s RIDICULOUS, it’s blocking a junction, the tyres are flat, no mot or tax. Please can you get this car removed asap. I have reported this 3 times now and nothing has been done.
