The barrier that’s been left behind caused me to crash my bicycle

At the intersection of Bafford Grove and Bafford Approach where a pothole had been fixed. Riding today and taking a left into Bafford Grove me handlebar snagged the barrier and I was thrown from the bike. The barrier seems to have been in place for a long time and I wasn’t travelling at speed, but none the less it had now caused me to fall off my bike.
