I believe this property is owned by the council. The everygreen ivy has overgrown over the properties wall and bushes out 1m over the pavement and now hangs down meaning you have to duck or avoid using half the pavement to get around it and its growing quickly. The tenants inform me that the property is owned by the city Council.
