Cracks in base of equipment

Please see photo for details - the item of equipment is a spinning one - when in use there is a creaking sound from the base area and movement in the steel / on closer inspection of the tubular sections I have observed fatigue cracks developing in both tubes. It is likely to fail under load shortly.
