This vehicle has been here for over a year and has been repeatedly reported to adult parking services with no action taken. It is illegally parked and is clearly being repaired on the public highway. Please remove immediately.

This is in an Adur Housing car park for residents of the area and they would instruct us to deal with any vehicles in thier car parks.
