Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.

This photograph of the overgrown hedge reported on 1st September was taken by a resident on October 3rd. As you can see the hedge is still obstructing the pathway. Has a letter been sent to the occupier.

Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Good afternoon. We can confirm a letter was sent to the property 3rd September. Following a revisit conducted today, we can confirm this hedge is unresolved and the case has been escalated.
