    The photograph attached was taken on 3rd Octobner. As you can see the bushes are still obstructing the footpath. Has the ownership of the land on which these bushes are growing been determined yet and has the owner been informed of the need to cut back these hedges?

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the vegetation meets the criteria for Priority 2 response. We will schedule vegetation clearance to be completed within 7 days.
