Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8101202.

This property has erected a 6ft fence at the front of the property,which is illegal.it is a monstrosity. The hedges are all over the pavement too.front fencing should be no higher than 3ft.i cant believe you have not sorted it out before.
