Boater allowing dog to foul on the floating harbour

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8100658.

This boater is moored on the floating harbour by The Broken Dock. After dark his dog is let off the boat and allowed to foul around the floating harbour. Last night it messed on the floating harbour. I know who it is!
