Surface water drain from road- see gate photo) across field to ditch has failed

Reported via mobile in the Blocked/Damaged category anonymously at 14:55, Sun 31 August 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8098490.

Who owns this surface water drain? It has failed and is dangerous. It would appear to run from the road- see what3words photo attached) to an outlet discharging into a stream/ditch across the field (see what3words photo attached). It could cause immediate danger to animals and humans. Does the highways authority or council own this drain? It is NOT owned by Anglican Water. Many thanks
