Overhang branches and hedge and growth on ground

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8098231.
The tree branches are hanging very low and the growth coming out of tree stump and growth on pavement has made the path very narrow and people are having to step into the road to bypass this. Those on mobility scooters are having to go through the gate (that is prior to this area at 107 HCC cattle grid gate between Auckland Place and East Bank Road, Brockenhurst) and go up the slope to come out of the gate on other side of cattlegrid. Please can you cut back the overhanging tree branches and cut back hedge and growth in pavement to get a decent pavement width for people to walk or use mobility scooter to stop them having to step in road with oncoming cars. Many thanks.
