Abandoned skip and extensive general litter
Sent to Enfield Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8098225.
There is an apparently abandoned skip piled high with rubbish overflowing on the road, path and lay-by near the entrance to Whitewebs North Lodge entrance..There is also general litter along the whole length of the lay-by. This disgusting mess has been there for some weeks and is getting worse as people seem to be continually adding more rubbish.
