Hedge over pavement from private property

Sent to Enfield Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8096333.

There is a hedge at number 75 Fotheringham Road, Enfield that has overgrown onto the pavement, the house is a hmo so tenants cannot do it, it takes over 2 flagstones out of 3 on the pavement so have to walk in the road to get past.
