Temporary car ramp screwed onto the road surface by bus stop

The occupants of 3 firsview drive have knocked down their wall for vehicle access to their front garden, and have screwed 4 plastic ramps onto the road surface to give a vehicle an easy entry. The bus has driven over them and split them ans some of the nuts have come loose, exposing the bolts, which are proud of the road surface.
