Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8093569.

Reading Council have opened a centre to re-home the homeless which we totally support but as a business that overlooks the site it needs some proper intervention. We watch multiple people either outside the site selling drugs or drink to the residents. Queues of friends at the site and residents happy to play chicken with the traffic. Why is the site not better controlled for positive outcomes?
