Blocked Road Drains

The drains on the London Road between Liverpool Road and the railway bridge are all blocked. This is causing considerable flooding in the road during wet weather, soaking pedestrians as vehicles pass and making the number 13 bus stop unusable. This was a problem last year so please can we get these drains unblocked ASAP as the weather is only going to get worse as winter sets in. Any help is much appreciated.
