Loose Paving Slab

My wife has trip and almost fell over hurting her toe in the process due to a loose paving slab that was stepped on. The slab is not fixed in place and raised the full width of the slab when stepped on. The remaining section of the pavement is also uneven with smaller trip hazards. Dangerous for the people using the pavement.
