Overgrown footpath

Nobody has been and trimmed this footpath this year. I report every year. My mum has a mobility walker and struggled to pass through the brambles etc. This ginnel has always been overgrown this time of year and neglected. It's in between 76 and 78 Cambridge Drive, LS21 1DD
