Constant blocked driveway/car park

Access to our private car park for residents in flats of 104, 106, 108 (Flats 5 to 11), 110, and 112 Cooper Street is constantly becoming blocked by vehicles parking in front of the entrance/exit and on the single yellow line. There should be a double yellow line and parking wardens active over the weekend during peak times to prevent resident cars being blocked in. There have been several incidences where residents have needed to leave urgently such as where they are carers and need to travel immediately but have been blocked from leaving and unable to locate an owner.

In addition, several cars disobey parking rules around the Macdonald Road and Marjorie Street areas particularly on weekends, and there are no parking wardens that operate those areas when they become busy. It is a severe safety issue given the foot traffic in the area and the number of vehicles that struggle to go past, and will certainly cause many obstructions should emergency service vehicles need to take such route.
