Constant pavement parking on both sides of the road

Auto Elite, the used car garage, located on the corner of Heber Street and Church Road use the road and pavements as an overspill car park. Cars are constantly parked on both pavements leaving little room for pedestrians, disabled people and those with pushchairs and buggies.
