Bridleway overgrown from side and above

Reported via mobile in the Passage-Obstructed/Overgrown category anonymously at 18:05, Thu 28 August 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8087642.

The Bridleway has become very overgrown between ford and where it turns right through pheasantry. Pedestrian users are complaining of being stung. Difficult for horse riders and walkers to pass each other and avoid stinging nettles. Several branches have become very low and difficult for horse riders to avoid especially on a large horse. The Bridleway gate also needs to be cleared of vegetation so it is more easily accessible.
