Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8087290.

HGV Box Trailer, Abandoned on the bishops Stortford A120 bypass layby. It is now likely to be used as a rubbish dump. There is also a number of black waste sacks dumped. This Box Trailer issue needs urgent removal.

    This apparently is a nation wide problem where the double wheeled trailer has been replaced with a tripple wheeled trailer because it can carry more weight. The owner not being of good character just dumps the old trailer costing the likes of you and me, the expense, through, our council tax, the clean up.
