Broken/vandalised litter bin

The black litter bin situated near the bridge at the bottom of Laceby Walk just before the Talavera Way underpass is broken and unstable. The paving slab it is mounted on is cracked and broken and the top of the litter has also been smashed and vandalised. This bin isn't mounted properly anymore and is often knocked over. Residents then stand it back up. I've noticed a new litter bin has recently been re installed on the opposite side of the lake. The litter bin I'm reporting also needs replacing. Thank you.
