Due to lorries and cars parked on each side of our car park entrance we are unable to see any traffic coming

The orange lorry has started parking outside our flats but it blocks the view of any traffic or bikes coming along the road. 3 times in the last 2 days I have had near misses, once involving a cyclist. To the right there are also parked cars which obscure the the view of the road. Traffic travels so fast there is bound to be an accident.
