Blocked road signage

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8082659.

On the northbound carraigeway of the A508 the 3 directional road signs on the approach to the roundabout adjacent to the Mercedes AMG factory are either fully or partially blocked that they cannot be read on the approach and only partly visible when alongside them.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
