Large pothole caused by turning Lorrie’s/ refuse etc

The pothole has been getting large and has caused a fall - luckily the person didn’t break any bones but it did cause bruising due to the fall. Is it possible that it can be fixed - I know how busy you are. Kindest Regards

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 12 days.
