Every time it rains hard the road floods across its full width & above pavement level into driveways.

There are 2 gullies, one each side of road outside 1 & 2 Freeman Rd, these don’t remove any water & haven’t done for some years now. Rain & run off from up the street builds up above kerb level across paths, into driveways & out into junction with Brasenose Rd where it can run downhill. I don’t think these gullies have been cleaned or checked for a very long time.
