Hedges/ditch need maintenance

The hedges and ditches on either side of the single track road from Sibbertoft to Clipston need urgent attention The overgrown hedges are causing safety issues for walkers and runners The badly maintained ditches are causing floods in the area It is from the village up to the bridleway

  • The trees are growing over the road and high sided vehicles are catching them and there is a danger that a tree wil be pulled over or a vehicle damaged This problem was reported several months ago and you identified and got in touch with landowners but nothing has been done since can you please chase them and get something done

  • Investigation: Completed (Duplicate) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner/occupants.. We will schedule vegetation clearance to be completed within 28 days. We will contact the landowner/occupants and request they maintain their vegetation going forward.
