  • 11 05 16. It has not been fixed but it has been botched. The paving slab that was loose and simply needed re-laying has been removed and replaced with some grotty 'cold fill' tarmac of the type usually used for mending roads. This is in an area that has ornamental paving, a slab of which has, as I said before, has now been removed. All that was needed was for it to have been re-laid, a job that any competent DIY enthusiast could have executed within a few minutes. What do we all pay our council tax for I wonder?
