Blocked drain

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8079542.

Drain is blocked with mud, have tried clearing it myself with no success. It’s in the road outside 1 The Close Stike Lyne. It’s been like it for the past 3 months.
