Yet again the residents of 39 Ridgway Road think they are a law onto themselves the continue to park up outside of 41 Ridgway and Alice Court with thus van despite double yellows clearly visible. They use previously issued PCNs to make it look like they have already received a ticket fir that particular day. The only way to stop this is to put bollards in the corners of the entrance Alice Court adj to Ridgway Road and to further replace the yellow lines outside 48 Ridgeway with double red lines
