Loose Colt manhole cover on Stepney Way near Copley Street

There is a double Colt manhole cover in the middle of Stepney Way, close to the junction with Copley Street (E1 3DW). The middle cover is loose — every time cars drive over it, there is a loud bang. It has been like this for at least the past week and seems to be getting worse. I’m concerned it could become dangerous if it cracks or shifts further.
