6 or 7 plastic sacks of garden waste have been fly-tipped on the edge of the lay-bye, plus 2 are suspended up in the hedge. This has already been reported by someone [ref: 8069018], but without photographic evidence. The location is in a lay-bye, adjacent to the entrance to a farmer’s field. There is also a heap of loose sticks & leaves etc, as shown in the photos. Thank you
