The hedge is not owned by a property it is actual on a narrow verge which is now completely hidden as Not been cut back by County Council. Cannot walk along footpath without stepping into the road. No footpath on other side of road. This has been like this for several years.

Please provide an update as you were investigating some montys ago and nothing has been done. Footpaths on oxford road are becoming unusable
