Bins not replaced where left for collection
Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8075676.
The black bins here are from 3 different properties in different parts of the street. Only one is at the relevant property - the other two are from across the road and around the corner respectively. This is now a regular problem. Also, lids are left open which doesn’t seem right. For reference, this has not been an issue for the other bin types
