A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 28 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
