Car are being parked on the tee junction as you can see from the pictures , this is very dangerous because you cannot see car coming from the left as you are looking up hill and this obstructs your field of view badly , an accident waiting to happen , who would be liable? needs yellow lines , and bollards to stop this . they have them on the next road down (Hillary Road) ?
