Dead branch hanging from tree about to fall

There is a branch hanging from a tree on the pavement outside number 43 and 45. It is dead/dying compared with the rest of the tree and hanging vertically as it seems to have mostly snapped from the main branch. I It looks like it will break off completely soon and may cause injury or damage to people or cars underneath. It is a large branch. Please remove as soon as possible.
