Neighbour blocked my drive without making full use of his own and has driven over mains water pipe.

25th August 2025 - pm Unfortunately without any prior notice my neighbour has blocked my drive again (see photo). A friend visited and could not deliver a parcel to me and I could not exit when I needed to.

I asked if a vehicle could be moved so I could get out and eventually this was done.

My neighbour has a driveway which was not full utilised (see photo).

I am concerned as one of the vehicles had driven over a blue mains water pipe (see photo). There does not appear to be a leak but this unacceptable. This land and the driveway belong to me, its not a car park for my neighbour without any notice or communication.

Please can you help me.
