The drain cover is unstable and protruding. Someone has placed cones ovee it to prevent injury. It is at the edge of the road. Long standing problem although i dont know if it has been reported before

The protruding and unstable cover is a danger to pedestrians ( no pavement ) , horse riders and cars/ lorry's squeezing by each other on this stretch of narrow road would be damaged by it.
