Parked camper van on pavement never moved in 10 years now when I push my grandchildren I have to go on the road when cars pull in to poets way and I almost got hit by the car because I was on the road with my pram

As above camper van hasn’t moved in 10 years it’s causing an obstruction as you have to go onto the road to get past contacted owner they will not get rid of the eye sore or move it and don’t want to sell it so it’s going to be there for another 10 years causing an obstruction.
