Bycle traffic lights need orange bags removed

Yunex Traffic or Lochwynd should be out to remove those orange bags of the low level cycle traffic lights and are to be switched on, on Byres Road and Dumbarton Road Junction in Glasgow City Centre's west end the cycle lanes are finished on Phase 1 of the Byres Road project along with Church Street its confusing with the traffic light for bikes covered up.
