Dual sign completely buried by hedge.

OCC need more info, Dual sign ( 1 is a warning sign ) completely buried by hedgerow. The hedge needs to be cut back, so the signs can be seen from a distance and not a few meters. The picture clearly shows the sign buried by the hedgerow. Also shows the sign has been hit by the flail as they tried to cut around the sign?
