Bus stop constantly blocked by parked cars and vans

The bus stop on Barnfield Avenue opposite Barnfield College is constantly blocked by parked cars and vans. It is clear Monday - Friday working hours but at all other times, there are cars everywhere to the point the bus can hardly stop and any passengers have to walk out into the road. This also obscures a motorists’ view of anyone waiting to cross the road at the pedestrian crossing. Buses now operate until midnight 7 days a week and this bus stop needs to be consistently enforced by parking wardens to keep it clear.
