A car park covered with rubbish next to Islington on the City centre bound carriageway. This car park may not be council land, however the owners should be made to clean the area up and maybe put a small fence up to stop the litter blowing in. Also the vegetation needs to be cleared as items seem to get caught in the long grass and weeds.
