Overgrown hedge blocking public footpath

This overgrown BCC allotment hedge is blocking the public footpath behind the houses on Lynmouth rd, between Mina rd and St Werburghs rd. This hedge needs regular maintenance. The path runs from Ashley Hill to Mina rd and is considered a safe route to school.
