The road canter needs to be looked at the water is running onto the customers private land when it rains or any surface water. Matthew Clarke was looking into this some years ago but the issue is still not resolved and needs to be addressed. There were originally plans to fix the verges to prevent this happening but nothing has been done. Please can you contact customer to discuss a resolution. Thank you.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
