Traffic chaos

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8060928.

Traffic lights for bus lane and crossing are constantly on red despite not being needed to stop traffic. Clearly a fault with the bus lane. Causing traffic and emissions for no reason at all. Reported via the council website already over a week ago.

According to the council this is intentionally the action of the traffic lights to "reduce congestion".
