The back lane behind the shops and food outlets in this area is littered with food waste, full black waste bags, overflowing bins , abandoned fridge, Christmas trees and brown delivery palettes. This has been a problem for months and is rapidly becoming an environmental health issue. Rat boxes are in the lane but the rodent problem will only increase while there is a regular and available food source.
